END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for all Virtual Train Items
Add-on Trainsets and items are distributed "AS-IS" and you may use the
Virtual Train add-on Trainsets and items ONLY if you agree to the following
conditions:
> You accept that you may not distribute our files to any third-party without permission.
> You accept that you may not distribute our patches and/or updates to any
third-party.
> You accept that our files may not work on any particular system or version of
Microsoft Train Simulator or any other simulator.
> No person shall make money from our files or include them in any archive or
route that is not FREEWARE.
> The author known as Virtual Train retains the copyright of his original
material.
> Please contact us to request authorization to repaint our files and/or to use
our files in other Trainsets.
THE USE OF OUR FILES IN PAYWARE IS ONLY PERMITTED BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT
